  1. Is there any requirement on the fare of the connecting taxi ride to enjoy the taxi interchange promotion?

There is no requirement on the fare of the connecting taxi ride. You can enjoy the discount by booking a taxi to the designated stations or purchasing tickets at the taxi booking app.

  1. What is taxi fare rebate? How to use it?

When you settle the taxi fare with e-payment means, you can have the discretion to use the taxi fare rebate previously earned and deduct the taxi fare. If your taxi fare is lower than the balance of the taxi fare rebate, the system will automatically deduct the taxi fare rebate to settle the taxi fare. The remaining taxi fare rebate will be stored in the taxi booking app for your next ride. More details can be referred to the taxi booking app.

  1. Can I earn MTR Points from the tickets purchased via the taxi booking app?

MTR Mobile registered users can input the email address of the MTR Mobile Registered Account during the ticket purchase on the taxi booking app to earn MTR Points from the purchased tickets (not including the fare of the taxi ride). MTR Points will be credited within 5 working days after the purchase.

  1. Any limitation on the number of discounted tickets to be purchased?

A maximum of 5 Single Journey tickets (including Adult and Child) can be purchased for each eligible taxi ride.

  1. What is the validity of the Airport Express tickets and taxi fare rebate?

The tickets purchased or taxi fare rebate earned via the promotion are valid for 92 days from the date of purchase.

  1. Can I use the purchased ticket to travel to/from AsiaWorld-Expo Station?

The ticket is only valid to a single journey on the Airport Express between the relevant stations (i.e. Hong Kong Station, Kowloon Station or Tsing Yi Station) and the Airport Station only.

  1. Can I enjoy free MTR connections or free return journey for same day round trip after using this promotion offer?

This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers from MTR.

How to enjoy the promotion

  1. What payment means are accepted for the purchase of Airport Express tickets?

You can buy the tickets via the taxi booking app with the e-payment means supported by the taxi booking app, e.g. credit cards.

  1. Can I choose to present taxi receipt at the Customer Service Centre to enjoy the offer?

Presentation of taxi receipt is not required. You have to use the QR code ticket purchased via the taxi booking app to enter the gate directly.

  1. Can I use the Octopus or book taxi via other taxi booking app to enjoy the ticket discount offer?

To be eligible for this promotion, you must purchase the ticket through the taxi app.

  1. Can I still purchase the discounted ticket after the completion of taxi ride from City to the Airport?

Within 2 hours from booking the concerned eligible taxi ride, you can purchase the discounted ticket with the following steps on the taxi booking app.
